We are coming out the other side of nap hell and I'm living for it! Last 8 weeks has been 30 min naps max, needing to go for a nap every hour because we are not napping long enough, taking 30 mins to get to sleep, while being unsettled!
Now we are on 3 1-2 hour naps 😊
This is only in the house though, baby has severe fomo and napping outside is just unthinkable 😂😂😂
One step at a time I guess 😅

Laughing at the FOMO comment 🤣

Our babies must be in sync! She’s just come out the other side too!

I think we’re slowly getting there too, been more like 10-12 weeks of shit naps though

You goddess! What time is baby going down for their naps? How are you getting them down? Want to share your schedule for us lesser beings who’s babies won’t do as they’re told? 😅 x
(Not sarcasm btw, I’m genuinely impressed and want to know more!)

I'm really sorry to say that I've done nothing different it's just gradually got better over time.
It started as one solid nap a day creeping in and then gradually getting more consistent.
Lo will stay awake 2 hours now and then it's time for a nap, he needs to be rocked to sleep, usually in the pram then let him sleep in the bassinet. If the first nap has been a catnap I'll rock him on my lap then contact nap for an hour to keep him from getting in the cycle of overtired. I keep the room light ish and have white noise but I've done that throughout, so probably just a case of riding it out 😔

Ah bless! Hopefully mine will get there organically too! Well done LO! x

Same 🤣 we have had terrible naps for about 6 weeks now and the start of this week we had a 2hr nap...I wasn't hopeful it would happen again, everyday this week we have napped for over an hour for every nap aswell, I feel like a new woman 🤣🤣
