If so, what type of meals do you prepare for your baby?
I got the OK today from my daughters doctor to transition her from the bottle/baby food to regular table food and I have NO idea what to feed her lol
Please give me some ideas on what I can feed her. For breakfast, I pretty much have it covered. We do oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, eggs, etc. But for lunch & dinner, I'm stuck lol HELP😩

I gotchuuuu .
You can do salmon with garlic powder, onion powder. Grilled or baked and baked sweet sprinkled with cinnamon

Cut it up or mash it :) also try quinoa and chicken breast with marinara sauce shredded

Sweet potato *****

These are great ideas! Thanks so much

My son eats just about everything we eat. He has 5 teeth. We cut everything small and have him with us to monitor choking. He loves yogurt and we sneak some veggies like spinach in via smoothies. Loves sweet potatoes, steamed carrots and bowtie pasta. We bought some reusable pouches and he loves applesauce and yogurt out of those.

Mine still takes formula but also water everything. Whatever we’re eating, we also give to her. Solid Starts is a great resource for starting solids. They have a website and Instagram.

My son basically eats whatever we do, some of the lower stress foods (less choking hazard) are:
Pasta dishes
Fish
Ground beef, chicken, turkey
Steamed veggies
Rice
Lentils
Mashed potatoes
Quinoa
Couscous
Really any foods that you can easily squish with your fingers are good

We’ve been doing baby led weaning so my son has been having table food since about 6 months. I just give him whatever I’m feeding the family with slight modifications. Solid starts is a great resource to make sure you are prepare age appropriate ways. My sons favorite is meatballs

I've also given my daughter whatever we eat basically. Last night she had green beans, pasta and chicken.
She loves shrimp, also fed her meatballs this week. She eats an egg (scrambled) and fruit every morning

My son’s been eating table food since he was 5/6 months. But also my son is the size of a 2/3 year old and weighs 31lbs and is 32 inches long. His birthday is 10/28. He’s going to be a giant let me tell you lmao!
He eats whatever we eat, we just make a lot plate for him if everything we eat and he eats it. He has 5 teeth now and is still continuously teething. We were instructed to give him all the most common foods that people are allergic to just to see if he has a reaction. Because a reaction at this age would be a rash and not anaphylactic shock.

There’s an app called solid starts that you can plug in any food and it will explain how to feed it to your baby based on their age. It’s so so helpful when starting solid foods!

I feed him almost everything I eat. But he doesn't chew his food well. He has 6 teeth but swallow quick. So i do a test run on everything. The poop will tell you if he chews it or not. So after that I stop. He likes yogurt, bananas, strawberries, kale, French fries, cereal, grits, oatmeal, rice, chopped up broccoli, bread, cornbread mixed with the juice from the greens or blackeye peas, smashed up blackeye peas. He is greedy. I made chili and he ate it with me.

Thanks alot..I will definitely check this out
