So we appear to be coming out the end of 5 week long sleep regression. Waking 9/10 times a night and daytime naps no longer than 45 minutes.
Now we’re getting down to 2/3 wakes at night and resettling fairly quickly. Although he had been going to bed about an hour later than he was before the regression happened. And now we’re having at least 1 nap that is 2 hours plus (he’s just woken up from a 2hr 50 min nap 🙈)
I don’t follow a strict schedule as such, he just sleeps when he’s tired following vague wake windows. Is he trying to reduce to a 2 nap day? What does that look like? Is he ready for an even earlier bedtime? Baby sleep is so hard! 🙈🙈

I still can’t get lo to nap longer than 30 mins so either if you have any advice?

he contact naps if we’re at home but will nap in the car/buggy if we’re on the go. The contact naps are the longest ones. I tried battling him to go down during the day but was just too tired after the broken nights so I’m hoping now the nights are back on track I might try it again. I wish I could say I’d done something magical to get these long naps. 🙈

I’ve been putting her in cot to nap and self settle but still only does the 30 mins 🙈 then she’s hysterical the whole next wake window

when you say sleep coach app is that a cry it out sleep training or something different?! My lo is up 7+ times a night and only naps twice during the day for 30 mins the third nap which I think he still needs he fights everyday and I’m given up as it just stresses me out.
