For those of us working full time, taking care of a baby full time & keeping up on house duties, how are you doing it all?
I have a 3 month old, I’m lucky to be able to work from home. But I feel like I have 2 full time jobs and I don’t know how to balance it all. I am struggling to work and clean and be a good mom as well as a good wife.
How are you guys doing it? Any tips?

Girl it for sure is two full time jobs🙃🙃my daughter is 3 and I’m still trying to figure out how to balance it. Idk how your work hours are but for the very early morning I try to do house things if I feel like it and if not I spend the morning with her doing school or just having chill time. And then work until 3-5 and then I do house things like dishes/laundry and then dinner. EXHAUSTING! All day everyday and even on the weekends🫠My evenings are for me typically or for couple time but after her bedtime and such it doesn’t leave much time…it’s tiring lol and we change our routines as she grows and such but currently that’s what I’m doing.

It is 2 full-time jobs. My husband and I split chores (I do laundry and load dishwasher, he does hand washing of dishes when needed, yardwork, garbage, and errands) and we hired a cleaner to handle the big stuff like floors, dusting, windows, etc. once per month. We both work from home so I'll run loads of laundry and dishes during the day, he'll make a trip to the store to do returns or pick up our grocery order.

I have my children in nursery 3 Mornings a week to help us out. I drop them off at 7:30, come home, do a load of laundry or hoover and mop the floor and make sure things are put away (as much as I can). Then I have a quick shower and make a coffee, do my work admin and then at about 9:30-10 I chop up whatever I need for dinner and lay it out so I can just cook it quickly in the afternoon. I pick my kids up at 1pm. They fall asleep in the car and while they’re asleep I put my washing out to dry, cook dinner and finish my work so we can eat as a family at 6. Then I go to bed with the kids and my husband cleans the kitchen 🥰

Husband and I split all responsibilities that’s the only way. It is 2 full time jobs. I’ve been doing it for 14 months now and folks don’t understand how hard it’s been but I suck it up and do what I have to because people are always ready to tell me about daycare and it’s not something I want to do. We try and have systems for everything, food prep, we have a shared schedule etc.
