I was woken up by an horrific pain in my right side going all the way round to my back.
I went to the toilet and the pain was so bad I could barely walk.
It eventually eased off and I got some sleep but I’ve woke up this morning and I feel nauseous and the pain isn’t half as bad but it’s still niggling.
Anyone had anything similar or have any idea what this pain could be? Should I be worried?

I get the worst pains on my right side- below my bump and in my groin which is round ligament pain. It makes me cry and feel sick when its at its worst (usually 4am thank you baby lol) its made worse by baby laying their head on right side of pelvis and PGP. I take paracetamol and use a beanie heatpack and it settles in around an hour but its awful!

Sounds like early labour, could be days away, keep an eye on it coming back

I got that too. Worst when I lay on my back! Each time I wake up at night to pee it’s painful and walking is horrible. It’s hip/back pain caused by extra weight when we lay down or sit for too long. It’s been going on for a few weeks and my midwife told me that it’s just body ache.

I keep getting like period pains on and off now, don’t think they’re painful enough to be contractions but it’s also really uncomfortable when the baby moves too..

I get that too on and off, and bits of mucus 😬

I’ve had this and when I posted about it, a few people mentioned it could be pregnancy induced gallstones. When I asked the midwife about it they said it’s unlikely but if it gets worse go to the GP. I then found out baby was breech so they thought it could be the head poking into my ribs. I’m still not sure what it is but it’s affecting my sleep when I laugh/cough/drive over a bump!

I’ve had this. Twice. Bloody awful
