Y'all. Anyone else feel like they are about to lose it from the constant lack of sleep?? It takes forever to fall asleep, and then I feel like I never get more than a couple hours at a time between my body waking me with new aches and pains, needing to pee, nightmares, being too hot or cold, or just no reason I can find. Pair that with random cries from our toddler on the baby monitor and my husband's near CONSTANT snoring, and I'm starting to wonder if I'm going to make it to the end of this pregnancy without completely losing my sanity. I don't know what to DO. I work full time so I can't just nap all day, but I'm not getting work done and I'm so tired it's hard to do all the mom and house things I feel like I'm supposed to do let alone take care of myself and my body. My husband seems to sleep just fine, and it's hard not being absolutely INFURIATED at him sometimes because I feel like his snoring is a big part of my sleep troubles lately. But he's been sick, so it's not his fault it's louder than usual. It's also not his fault he falls asleep in 30 seconds or less and it takes me 30-45 minutes minimum each time I try to go back to sleep, but it still drives me mad thinking about it. This is my second pregnancy, but I'm still constantly baffled by how unbelievably uncomfortable, unpleasant, and so seemingly inefficient the whole process of pregnancy can be. Why the hell can't our bodies make it so we sleep even deeper than before to allow our bodies to do their work? Why can't the constant aches and pains and exhaustion be balanced out with more feel good hormones or at least be dampened somehow by an increase in pain tolerance? Why is almost everything about pregnancy so damn unpleasant??? Don't get me wrong, I am so excited for baby#2, but sweet Jesus I am already so done with this whole thing. And second trimester is supposed to be the "relief" period lol. End rant.

It also doesn't always drown out the snores fully, but it's better than nothing 🙃 Really wishing we had a spare bedroom I could run away to. Maybe with the next pregnancy lol.

Can your husband sleep somewhere else even the couch for a bit?

I have never related to something more in my life!!! I am 17+3 days and I swear between aches, body temperature, dogs waking me up, needing to pee, my fiancée snoring, and hunger!!! I have not woken up and felt rested for probably 3 weeks now.
Same!! And yes we're going to have him sleep on the couch for a couple days to see if it actually helps. Looking forward to a hopefully good night sleep soon 😭

My husband is sleeping in the other room until he has a sleep study done for his snoring. I literally CANNOT with it.
