Car seat proper clothing to dress your baby in for winter

So I have a lot of people have different way of how they should dress there baby for car set in winter and I always feel judged all the time about it. I put my daughter in a shirt with a sweter on and for the pants I just do normal pants I put a hat on her.and a nice heavy baby blanket on her and I always make sure the car warm and bring her car seat in all the time but yet as afrist time mom I still feel my family is trying to tell me what to and how to do it so I am just seeing what everyone else does and thinks what best for your baby
