How has everyone introduced fish into their babies diet? Unsure how to introduce it?

For shell fish, I gave a whole large king prawn as finger food, and for fish I tried an Ella's kitchen fish pie pouch.
Now that I know she's fine with fish, I make fish and potato croquettes, tuna pasta, etc.

We tried the Ella’s fish pie and then I made my own fish pie and just let her finger food it and get messy or mashed it up to spoon feed. Just be careful with tuna. Not recommended for babies under 2 years due to the levels of mercury. X

Yes, we did cod and salmon first, then we tried a little bit of tuna with mash potato and butter and he loved that so we tried a bit of tuna pasta ( we give this very rarely though because the salt and mercury levels) then we tried a whole prawn in a different dinner and so far so good x

I usually boil white fish and mix it in with mashed potato and veg. He doesn’t really like it though and I can’t blame him 😬😬

Asda little angels pouch of fish pie x
