Is anyone else considering weaning baby at 4 months old? I know this against official advice but baby is constantly hungry but doesn’t seem to want to take more than 5oz at a time (he is 13 weeks old at the moment). I’ve tried hungry baby milk but this seems to upset his tummy so not sure what to do

I did with my first
Aslong as baby is ready then I'd say do it!

I am starting due to not gaining weight and reflux. No clue where to begin. Health visitors are useless 😅

I have considered this. My boy is 4 months old today. He can’t sit independently but he can definitely hold his head up. Have those of you that have started done fresh or pouches? We need a blender but waiting til payday 🙈

I have a leaflet from the HV which suggests that pureed foods can be given from 4/5 months. I'm thinking about possibly trying to wean my baby nearer 5 months and then start on solids at 6 months...but it still terrifies me for now 🙈🙈 honestly I feel like weaning is yet another minefield with so many people having their own opinion and a mix of advice 🥰
