I’m having such a hard time getting through the day. I’m constantly helping with tasks, getting snacks, finding toys, cleaning up messes, doing the dishes & laundry. I just want to lay down & rest & it’s impossible with a toddler in the house. How is everyone else managing it?! We don’t have friends or family near by so it’s just me all day until my partner gets home.

I have 3 kids aged 5 and under all with autism/ADHD and currently pregnant with my 4th. Honestly sometimes you HAVE to be selfish and let them play by themselves and have a chill day where you just do the bare minimum that you feel up to doing and spend the day recuperating. Leave the housework, it can wait for 1 day.. your health comes first and if you’re not okay then your baby won’t be okay! Xx

It’s rough some days for sure! Especially when husband gets home and he’s not in a helping mood because he’s “tired” but you don’t get to be tired ever 🤦🏼♀️ men are weak, sorry that’s my current feeling tonight

We take naps together or I sneak one in when she is playing

Nap when they nap. That’s helped me alot. Alo’s, it’s ok to have lazy days

I am pregnant with my 4th my youngest is a 1 year old. I have been on bed rest due to pregnancy complications. What I do is simple organizing. I am not worried about clean. I just organize so my house don't look too messy . When I'm off this bed rest . I'll do a deep clean but for now I'm not too worried about clean . My Baby and my health comes first. ❤️
