Hello - does anyone have any tips/lists for travelling with their little ones. We are going to Greece in three weeks and our little one will be 15 weeks, so tips on what to take and anything to make it smoother greatly appreciated (baby is currently EBF)!

My little one wasn’t quite as small when he first went abroad, but having the sling was a life saver- both through the airport and on the plane.
Don’t check the pram in when you do your luggage, take it right to the gate with you.
Snooze shade for the pram for when you’re there, it was an absolute lifesaver for naps on the go! Lots of people swear by the rockit too, if you’ve got a little one that sleeps with movement and you want a hands free dinner etc!
Try and breastfeed baby on take off if you can, to help with their ears.
To be honest, going when he was a few months old was SO much easier than when he was a toddler 🫠

We just came back from Florida with our 2 year old and 2 months old. Biggest tips - bring nursing cushion on board (if you have one), it's much more comfortable that way for you and the baby. Breastfeed as the plane is taking off an descending to help with pressure in their ears. Have nappy changing bits and spare outfit on hand. Also highly recommend sling or carrier. Good luck and have fun, it's honestly much easier to fly with the little babies than you'd think 🥰

I haven’t taken a baby that young but think my first was 8/9 months.
1. Change their outfit and nappy before you board the plane.
2. Offer your breast for take off and landing to help their ears. I have given Calpol before as well.
3. Bring the pram up to the gate.
4. Bring something you know will settle / entertain them during the flight.
5. Make sure to have spare clothes and nappies / wipes at the top of your bag in emergencies.
