Hi there - the past few days my 5 month old has been waking up every time we try to put her in her bassinet. She’s been pretty good at going to sleep when we put her down but all of a sudden she will wake up immediately.
Any tips or suggestions? Have folks seen this before? And if so what did you do to fix it?

Ours has been doing the same thing! Also more fussy and fighting naps during the day. I think it might be the 4 month sleep regression just a bit delayed! She was sleeping for 4+ hours at once and now we’re down to 2 and she BARELY sleeps in her bassinet. Waiting until she’s in a DEEP deep sleep helps a little, also laying her on her side at transfer, then gently rolling her to her back once she settles in seems to help a little! Hope this helps ❤️❤️

Also going through this but haven’t found anything that works 😂 I usually just end up putting her in bed with me for an hour and then putting her back and hoping she stays asleep

strong emphasis on the hope 😅 my husband asked why she’s been in our bed so much and I told him because light sleep is better than no sleep 🤷🏼♀️.

Yes, my girl is so alert she feels when I put her down, too.
For her naps, I started putting her down in her bassinet while she was awake and sleepy. I stay near her and shush her to sleep or give her pacifier (she used to love her pacifier, not anymore :/ ) She learned to self soothe herself to sleep. That helped her not wake up on the transition for nighttime sleep.
All babies are different, so it may or may not work.

Mine has been fine for night sleep(knock on wood) but is not sleeping much during the day. I'm desperate for something to stick as i feel I've tried everything from sticking to wake windows, to putting a sleep saxk on, to playing white noise in a dark room.... only that works is car rides it seems
