Slightly undercooked specks of sweet potato in baby food

I made my daughter pouches of food last night, and I did taste it at the time and it seemed fine, but I tasted it again this morning before I gave it to her and there’s like very little fine particles of slightly undercooked sweet potato that have a little bite to them. Barely noticeable if you’re not really looking for them. Is this OK to feed to her? She is 5 months. The pouches are blueberry, oatmeal, sweet potato, nutmeg.

Sweet potato can be eaten raw. But if it's that small it's probably just the fiber as it's hard to truly break down unless you're using commercial level immersion blenders.
