Currently 30+4. Just wondering, if anyone else has had a horrid burning sensation on their bump. For the last couple weeks at the top right hand side of my bump I have been having this burning feeling on and off. It feels like the feeling is spreading over more of the bump.
Spoke to a doctor and he said it's because of my uterus just being stretched.
It feels like it's getting more unbearable and lasting longer, so just wondering if anyone else has had this and if so was there anything to help the pain.

Can’t give you any advice as such but have had the same thing since about 17 weeks, getting worse the bigger I get. Was told the same thing by my midwife but am going to bring it up to my obstetrician next week too.

I’m currently going through the same thing on my left side the doctors told me it’s nothing to worry about but the only thing that’s kinda helped me is pain killers

Me and my partner have found sprinkling cold water onto your bump and then massaging it with the tips of the fingers (no nails) gives me the most relief, it completely distracts my mind from the burning of my bump

I’m 30 +4 tomorrow I’ve not had that but belly feels like it’s burning but no pain I get a cool cloth over bump and cools it down and he loves water so Luke warm bath may help to cool bump down xxx

Just so glad I'm not the only one in this boat. I never had this with my first so it was a bit of a worry. Will try what you girls have recommended. Thank you x

I’m a day behind u sharp stabbing pains as I’m in early labour I’m up an down all night I shower or bath daily but then end up having to run the bath several times throughout the day and night to just sit there to reduce how much my belly burns or reduce the pain from being in early labour xxx
