My girl absolutely loves everything she eats, but she has a sensitive stomach. I try to avoid anything too acidic or that will make her gassy so she has mostly positive experiences with eating. I love Solid Starts as a resource but it doesn’t really address tummy issues. So I’m turning to you mamas for more ideas. Her favorites right now are sweet potatoes, mangoes, and apples. She also did good with carrots and squash.

Maybe add some zucchini to the mix. I mix a veggie with some carb like rice flour or oatmeal. Cauliflower is good. How about some potato? Potato surprisingly has a lot of nutritions like vitamin C, potassium, vitamin K, etc.

Perfect! Yeah I did mix the squash with oatmeal to make it thicker. I’ll do the same with zucchini. Thanks for the suggestions!

Have you tried green beans?

make sure to peel it

I have not but I will! Definitely want to try more greens

My girl has done well with banana. Applesauce made her really gassy and we put in a couple of rough nights. Bananas helped turn that around.

I’ve heard bananas are the easiest for tummies, my son hates them though

Interesting. My girl was fussy after bananas and I just assumed she was having trouble digesting. Maybe it was something else. I’ll try again

could be babies personally preference. My son Bennett hates most fruits but loves squash!
