Oatmeal pb and banana, egg and avocado, blueberries and spinach (add broccoli sometimes too), beets spinach, apples banana, carrots and broccoli and spinach, peach and pear thrown in there instead of apples sometimes.. tons of variations

Oh kale too...do any veggies then add fruit to make it sweet

Oh ya I've added quinoa too

I'm doing peas, corn, sweet potatoe, broccoli, carrots, beans, apples, mangoes, strawberries, prunes, peaches, pineapple, avocado, zucchini, pasta, shrimp, whole wheat bread, rice noodles, rice, salmon, chicken, beef. Tried chickpeas but didn't like it at all.... no eggs discovered he's allergic and bananas constipate him. I'm doing a mix of purees and solid food so he is learning to feed himself as well.
I'm finding I don't have a lot of ideas either! Eggs are in so many things😞

Oh, plain yogurt and cheese as well

If you’re looking to try some more BLW solids, I follow this page on Instagram and she has lots of easy recipes and things you can make batches of and freeze. Otherwise we went into solids asap as it’s so much easier now we just feed her what we’re having for dinner but slightly modified so it’s on right sizes for her chewing skills
