Just had my 38 week appointment and baby has turned back to back. Has anyone else had experience of this?

My first son was born back to back.... lots of exercises you can do to help get him to move. Bouncing on a ball and doing circles etc can help š

My first son was born back to back and my baby girl is currently back to back midwife gave me some techniqueās to try and get baby to turn around which Iāve been trying to do the past few days xx

This happened to me, had my midwife on Tuesday for my 38 week appointment and baby has turned back to back. Going tomorrow for a scan to see exactly what position she is in as my first baby was born back to back via c section. X

Mine is back to back, my normal midwife is on holiday so last 2x I've seen another. She doesn't seem bothered and said because I am having an elective, it's fine. But if I have a virginal delivery it would just be a little difficult... no mention of exercises or anything elseš

Do the exercises from Spinning Babies, or the Miles Circuit.
Both my babies have been back to back late in pregnancy, and using Spinning Babies just this week has turned my current bub around!
I also sleep in the SIMS position all night to help keep the baby there and not rotate. It's side lying with a thick pillow between your legs, the leg that's on the mattress is almost straight (slight bend) and the leg on top of the pillow is almost 90 degrees. Heaps of pictures online make sure to look at the pregnancy specific ones because it's used in healthcare a lot without pregnancy.
Have a Google and see what you can do!!
Birth ball is also a game changer. Heaps of stuff on YouTube about how to correctly use the birth ball to rotate and engage a posterior baby.
Good luck!
