Broccoli, carrot, parsnips. Download the solid starts app it's what I've been using it even tells you how you can serve them. Found out today my daughter loves broccoli, I'm slowly getting more and more confident offering her finger type food although she won't handle it herself yet everytime I try put something in her hand it slips out as soon as she puts it to her mouth 😂😂

Steamed brocoli, steamed cauliflower, roasted sweet potatoes, steamed carrots. The choice is endless. I would second the solid starts app

Swede was a big hit in our house and sweet potato. Blueberries squashed down so they’re flat absolutely disappeared. Quartered grapes he enjoyed but really struggled with the skins

I use oranges, I peel them and pull the skin off the side which leave the juicy part and my little one loves to eat them. I’ve also cooked peppers and peeled the skins. A boiled egg cut into long strips

I was also sent this link which has some good meal ideas

Mine LOVES butternut squash and sweet potatos. Both prepped in the same way, peeled and chopped into large chunks bigger than babies fist, and roasted for 40 mins. They’re soft and squishable but the roasting makes it really tasty!

Also ANYTHING on a crumpet, the holes absorb whatever you put on and my bubs loves sucking it out and chomping on the soft bits. I cut mine into three strips
