Does anyone have any inspiration for meal ideas for my 8 month old who has CMPA. Nearly all BLW ideas have cheese in!

I do a lot of spag bol and chilli made baby friendly with no salt not too much spice etc, my baby loves it! He also can't have wheat, eggs and soya.
Chia pudding is good with tinned coconut milk
Chicken thighs with cooked veggies
Stews/casseroles with various meat and veg
Coconut yoghurt
Pancakes and Muffins (just search for dairy free recipes)

There are loads of good cheese alternatives xx

I swap out cheese for dairy free cathedral city or violife cream cheese
exactly the problem I have! The alternatives are all disgusting and don’t melt well!

I use Tesco or Aldi soft cheese to make sauces, and cathedral city grated xx

* Toast with peanut butter, homemade chia jam, hummus etc
* Weetabix / Porridge, I used Pepti for this or oat/soya milk
*Banana Pancakes from oats, eggs and banana
* Crumpets
* Overnight oats
* dairy free muffins with spinach/sweetcorn
* one pot meals such as curries/stews
* pasta bolognese
For dinner I usually made an adapted version of what we had. Or just 3 random compartmens, something carbs, protein and veg such as
* sweet potato, chicken, peas
* rice, tofu, sweetcorn
* plain pasta, tinned fish, broccoli
Etc
Hope this helps ! 😃
The plantbased Philadelphia or Nush creamcheese are great and have less additives than Violife, but both almond based so not suitable for nut allergy xx

I’ve tried using dairy free cheese for my little one. Theyre actually pretty tasty
