We used to do really soggy weetabix or readybreak at that age. I was told by our dietician that any “fortified” oat milks are fine and she recommended Oatly Barista which we’ve been using, however another dietician then told us that’s higher sugar than others. We’ve used the Tesco’s own one before too and apparently the Asda own one is really good

I’ve been making my son weetabix with oat milk & fruit, banana & oat pancakes with yogurt & fruit if I have some. Porridge with oat milk or breast milk, ready brek, egg muffins eggy bread with cinnamon. Honestly anything you would normally have they can also have just swap out the milk for DF options

We do porridge with oat milk and different fruits he loves it or we even mix a bit of fruit puree in and he loves that. In terms of high calcium oat milk u just need to make sure that the oat milk or any alternative milk has 120mg of calcium per 100ml of milk, this is the same content as milk as well so 120 or higher is what u want. Aldi sugar free oat milk is great cheap and vitamin fortified x

Avocado, berries, home made pork patties... I don't give oat milk as I don't feel that its a healthy alternative... also my baby can't have wheat soya or eggs! He would have scrambled eggs otherwise x

Ready brek made with water and banana and nut butter. It has such a high level of vitamins and importantly calcium!!
