So I’ve been in the hospital with my baby since the day before Christmas Eve, I won’t be able to go home until Monday. My baby just had surgery today and as much sleep as we’ve all gotten it just dosent feel like enough sleep and I really don’t know if it’s the stress or what, I also have pcos and I’m 5 months pregnant. But door dashing is really the only thing we can do to eat. It has all really been stressful. Anybody know how to handle this? If so I’d like tips to lower my stress and regulate my body back so I’m not in so much pain

Two things that have always worked for me: 1. Self pep talks. I remind myself of what I’m lucky to have, that everything will be ok, and everything with babies and kids is just a season - it always passes.
2. I started on lexapro when my first was about 14-16 months. I stopped when I got pregnant with my second August 2024, but I recently went back on it and it helps tons.

I was on bedrest in the hospital at 23 weeks to 38 weeks, what helped me was finding things that I liked whether it was binge watching movies crocheting taking a nap when I felt tired or listening to music.
