How do you tell your partner to spend more time without becoming a big deal. I know everyone needs their alone time but its been since September that we done anything, he works longs hours & come home & play the game I know its for him to unwind but I just feel alone & when he wants sex that's when I feel like I'm being used. You can't spend time with me but I'm supposed to have sex to satisfy him idk what to do.

The part where it becomes a big deal is down to how he handles it.
"Hey, I feel that we haven't spend much quality time together in recent months, and I miss that. Can we please talk about how we can make time for each other again".
Intimacy outside of the bedroom is important too ! I would stop having sex until you're satisfied with the time and effort he's putting into the relationship. 🤗 How someone treats you when sex is off the table is very telling...

I just have the conversation. Last week my husband worked all day in his home office, came down to help with either dinner or baby. Then because i was watching "crappy" reality TV. He wanted to go play games upstairs - I got emotional, both because I'd been with baby all day, but also because I just needed him there for company. I'll admit I was upset (hormones) so didn't communicate the best, but I basically was just like can you not disappear upstairs when you've been up there all day. We do shifts with baby as is, so get minimum time together. And it's never just us now. I said the TV channel isn't stuck so change it and spend time with me. And he did, he listened even when it was a crying hormonal outburst😂. If a guy makes you feel bad for just telling them how you feel, then I'd be worried x
