Spotting or miscarriage

So on Saturday morning around 11 I went to wee and when I wiped the discharge was light pink. Barely noticeable unless you were looking for it and only when I wiped, none in underwear. Didn’t get any again until last night but exact same situation. Then today just now I did a wee and it is obviously noticeable and a darker pink. I’m 7 weeks on the dot today. Is this spotting or early signs of miscarriage? I’m booked for a scan on Thursday from calling on Saturday but as it has progressed i am STRESSED!!!!!! This is my 2nd baby and did not experience this with my first who’s now 14 months.

bleeding can be a whole variety of things in pregnancy not all leaning towards miscarriage so try not to worry x

A bit of spotting. It's light, and pink. There can be lots of reasons for bleeding in early pregnancy, so don't assume miscarriage. I had bright red fresh blood due to a sub chorionic haematoma and, baby was fine. You've got a scan booked in, so just sit tight and wait, you should be able to see a heartbeat and movement when you go on Thurs 😊

can be anything and perfectly normal, but I would get checked and you could ask for progesterone to stop the bleeding and help implantation

I had this with both my pregnancy similar times around 7 weeks and both babies were absolutely fine. Hope all goes well for you too. 🥰

I totally get why you’re stressed, I’d be the same so I’m not going to tell you to try and not to.. but I do want to say this can be totally normal. My friend had spotted around 6-7 weeks pregnant and she ended up bleeding on/off through the whole of her first trimester. Everything was fine and her little boy is now 8m old. She kept going to the hospital and they kept checking her but just reassured her that this can be totally normal. Hopefully the days fly by and your scan comes around quick for you x

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Labour

Think im a bit confused really, i went into traige as was having contractions eveey 3-5mins. Since being here im now having them every 2-3mins which was confirmed with the machine and i think the toco was 90-100 and they feel painful and my lower back is in loads of pain but apparently im only just over 2cm dilated maybe, she has said i can stay here for a bit longer to see if things progress as had a previous quick birth as well but i dont understand why the pains are coming this quick if im only 2cm dilated and feel a bit deflated from it also.

I had a sweep this morning also.

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Hospital bag (UK)

What did everyone pack for their section? I'm staying in for 3 days due to mental health, not really sure what I'll need to bring, feeling very nervous. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
