FTM here. So I think my LO is in the middle of the 4 month regression.
She’s waking hourly after a first 4 hour stint, almost getting her whole fist in her mouth, won’t be put down etc etc…
I suppose I’m looking for a bit of reassurance as other than her “good morning” smiles she’s now barely smiling. She is SO fussy - All day! Last few days we have had to leave social situations. Even a sleep doesn’t seem to reset her for long… Is this the general experience or should I be contacting a HV or considering something else?
Thanks!!

we have had the same! she puts her fist in so much she makes herself sick. & her naps are impossible if they’re not contact naps, even then she fights them non stop. It will get better, it’s so hard though!

Totally normal! We've just had 2 weeks of this when my little girl used to only wake once for a feed through the night. She would start fussing as soon as she knew it was bedtime and would wake every 40-60 minutes through the night. Thankfully the past 2 nights she has slept 10 hours and I now feel like a new woman! We've found staying consistent with bedtime routine and capping her naps through the day has helped. I know it feels hard now but it will pass x

Going through exactly the same thing.. fussy all day not content for long ..having feeds earlier and not taking as much .. naps are short sleep is shit . Totally normal and can take up to 20 weeks to end x

We’re just starting this now, luckily his sleep hast impacted him a lot but he is SO FUSSY and he is usually so happy all the time so it’s tough.
He’s got wet poo’s too, has done for a week but he’s absolutely fine with no other symptom than looks like he might be teething (rosy cheek, fussy, biting hands, pulling his cheek and ear) 😭

Having the same experience 😖😖😖

Sleep regression started for us a couple of days ago. It is soooo hard 😭 my boy has been such a good sleeper up until now and always such a happy baby. The last 3 days he’s resisting naps, when we finally get him down he sleeps so lightly. Really hard to get any good sleep in the bank during the day time naps. And then he wakes every 1-2 hours during the night. He’s soooo fussy and even wakes up crying 😭 also super wriggly like he’s had 10 cups of coffee.

💛 thank you everyone. I was really worried with how fussy and unhappy she seems! We will all get through the other side!! 💪
More specifically during night feeds and wakings. Just curious to see.
If so please comment your nightly routines with your babies and partners!

Yesterday, I found out my boyfriend was not only mine, but someone else’s. I’m pregnant and so is she. Has anyone else been through this? I literally feel like I’m dying & am scared of the amount of stress all this crying is causing. How do I possible get through this being 5 months ? 🙃

Like a day ago I put my baby doen for a nap and I was exhausted do I took a nap with her I woke up maybe 3 hrs later and she wasn’t there apparently my SIL came in and grabbed her and my FIL said that she had been crying for an hour I feel absolutely horrible that I did that I didn’t hear her at all I guess I was just that tired but I’m scared for it to happen again and idk how to prevent that It made me feel like a horrible mom and I’ve been terrified to sleep ever since especially with me and my fiance moving into a bew place soon and it will just be me and her at home when that happens

I'm 9 days postpartum and feel so overwhelmed. I keep having feelings of not loving my baby and craving my life before him. I am breastfeeding and I feel like this is also really taking a toll on me, although things have improved over the last few days. I seem to have good parts in the day and then around the same time in the late afternoon, I start to feel really sad and teary. I just want to feel 'normal' again and love the newborn bubble.

I’m 20 weeks and I’m really struggling mentally, was just wondering if anyone else constantly has this overwhelming feeling of sadness and if anything helps, I feel so guilty incase my baby feels my sadness too

My 3 month old is up every hour recently! Is this common? Is it normal? Please tell me I'm not alone in this ...
