Anyone else exhausted with multiple wake ups?

My daughter is 7 months old and I feel like we’ve not moved forwards with sleep since the 4 month regression. She wakes up every 45 minutes and is sooo hard to transfer to her crib.
When she wakes she will only be settled by me (more like my boob)
It’s tiring, lonely and I feel like this has been going on forever!

You are not alone.
Before the 4months regression, my baby would sleep for 5 hours, sometimes 7. I would be so happy as it means I’m getting ample amount of sleep.
Ever since the 4 months regression, it’s been bad. The highest is 3hrs sleep and only gets back to sleep with breast 🥲 when does this end

Yes we’re with you too 😩 we’re finally getting some 3-4 hour stretches at the start of night so I’ve been going to bed with her to get some rest but it’s rough, didn’t realise their sleep would stay this bad 😭

Exactly the same, and was sleeping through the night before the 4 month regression 🥲that’s now a distant memory!

Absolutely 😭 4 month regression hot a bit later for us at 5 months. Then day time naps are a challenge she just screams and won't go down 😩exhausted mama . It's just constant isn't it. You're not alone ❤️

Thank you ladies for your replies. Although inning wish it upon others it is comforting to know it’s not just me in the middle of the night. The most be have got with a first stint is 1.5 hours. Wasn’t even enough for me to finish an episode of bridgerton 😂😂

Yes also the same! I co sleep as she’s up so frequently to BF. Struggling to get anything done during the day including weaning / washing up when she now won’t go down for a nap!

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Hi ya'll

Is anyone else's 4 month old randomly screeching now? I'm not sure what to do and she's been doing this for the past two days. She's usually a quiet happy baby so im not sure why she's doing this now. Aby suggestions?

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
