Is anyone else still on 2 naps?
We are still on 2 naps at home as my boy struggles to do longer than 3 hours in the morning. However at nursery he is on 1 nap (with varying lengths, can be an hour, can be 2.5 hours).
I’m struggling to transition to 1 nap at home as if I take him out anywhere he will fall asleep in the pram or car which ruins the nap! He gets grouchy at home so I know he still needs the nap but we’ve started having him wake up in the middle of the night and it’s taking over an hour to get him down so unsure if it’s because of the constant swapping between 1 and 2 naps during the week.

We are on one nap but I can feel your frustration. Anytime we are in car or pram in the morning for longer than he ten minutes he tends to nod off. I tend to just accept it and do his main nap later as otherwise i wouldn't be able to go anywhere.

We're exactly the same, we do naps as he gets grumpy mid morning if we don't, but he's been on 1 nap at nursery for ages now. Unfortunately sometimes he's then too tired to enjoy his dinner so I do wish nursery would do 2 naps (he only naps for 30mins each when he has 2 x naps) but they struggle to get him down in the morning so wait till after lunch when he's exhausted

We are the same. If we’re at home in the morning then I can push her to one nap but if out in the buggy she will fall asleep in the morning. Recently anytime I try to give her 2 naps she’ll happily go down for a morning nap then refuse the afternoon one so I’m trying my best to stick to just the one

When my son is home on the weekends he can barely make it to 9:30 without a nap, but at nursery he doesn’t nap til about 11. Still on 2 naps a day of 2.5-3 hours and he sleeps 7:30-6:30 most nights too. Don’t know how I’m going to drop a nap anytime soon 🥲

Exactly the same, 2 naps on home days and 1 nap at nursery. Doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of dropping the 2 naps at home and I’m not in a rush as I quite like the break 😆

We are on two naps still, he goes to nursery 5 mornings a week but has never napped longer than an hour at max and that’s since he started last September! So he then doesn’t last until bedtime at home otherwise x
Is mounjaro allowed to be taken whilst breastfeeding? I’m not on it yet, but considering it as it’s the only thing that helps me lose some weight due to my health conditions.

When should I start getting my little one into a bed routine? He’s 2 months old and will go to bed with me.. normally I don’t go to bed until 10pm due to having other kids and cleaning up etc.. but is it a good idea to be getting him into his own routine and setting up a monitor in his cot or is it too early for him?

Does anyone know how long this sleep regression lasts? My son has gone from sleeping through to being up every hour for the last two weeks, I'm soooo tired!!🥲

I’m genuinely at a loss. My 7 week old will not sleep on a night time. Everytime she falls asleep in my arms I go to put her down and she wakes up instantly is awake for hours afterwards

My baby just turned 3 weeks and although I was doing so well at the start, I feel like I’m being worn down now. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and my life being constant 2 hour increments of feeding, burping, changing and trying to soothe a fussy baby, then grabbing whatever scraps of sleep I can when he goes down is so exhausting. One of my boobs has now started hurting (not the nipple, the boob itself) and I’m so stressed at night trying to get through without my partner waking as he has work the next day. I’m not sure what I’m asking for, I suppose I’m just venting to feel less alone. I’m so grateful to have my baby, but this is so hard and I’m scared.

I have just given birth a couple of weeks ago and also have a 3 year old. My husband works from home and works for himself which I would’ve considered lucky. Before we gave birth we agreed that he would mainly be responsible for our toddler along helping with newborn as I can’t drive and lift heavy after c-section.
My husband takes our toddler to nursery around 7:30am and picks him up at 6pm and does night routine with him. My husband does not help out at all with new born during the night and says he needs to have a good night sleep to wake up early to deal with our son. He helps during the day here and there when I want to eat and shower but rushes to give baby back as soon as I’m done.
My new born does not sleep long in the night and cluster feeds too. I breastfeed but also pump to make it easier. I am so mentally drained. On top of that my c-section incision is infected and opened up, presumably from doing too much. I can’t remember the last time I slept longer than 2 hours and in the night I probably get 3 hours all round due to my nb staying awake for a while. I honestly just feel like crying most days from exhaustion and I can’t help but feel like I should have a lot bit more help during the night. Even if it was just one day a week. Then again I understand dealing with our son and working too.
Im just abit torn on whether I should be getting more help than I am.
