Right I’ve got baby’s diet down now but what the hell are we all eating? I’m back at work and pretty bad for afternoon slumps and turning to cookies / biscuits / chocolate.
Tend to batch once a week - every two weeks for baby’s snacks so anything quick but nutritious I could be making myself at the same time would be great 🫶🏼

I make my own little healthy-ish treat snacks out of rice crispies, nuts/seeds and dried fruit. Cover in melted dark chocolate. Spread it out onto a tray with greaseproof paper, let it set in the fridge and then break up into chunks. Surprisingly filling and hits the sweet tooth just right.
Also boiled eggs whole are a great healthy snack and fill you up so you don't overindulge. Hummus n veggies always a win (bonus points if you make your own Hummus)
Sandwiches are always a go to for me as they are quick and you can put loads of different fillings in.
Cheese and crackers!! Not so healthy but bloody delicious 😋 Fruit fruit and more fruit.
Ooofff I'm getting hungry now 🙈😝
