Heya! Does anyone have any recommendations for breastfeeding supplements for mummies? I have tried the pregnacare brand for a month now but I am not liking the multiple tablets per day 🤭

There's no need for any breastfeeding-specific supplements. Decent diet and vit D3 is all you need. Or just a standard multivitamin. Anything else is just a marketing ploy/recipe for very expensive wee xx

Just keep taking your prenatals if you have any, or buy any Post natal or women’s vitamins you see on sale at the shops. Women’s daily is fine plus a healthy diet try to drink bone broth weekly and just wholesome and healthy and lots of water since BF made me thirsty AF.

Sunflower lethicin helped me when i kept getting clogged ducts!
Just make sure youre taking a food grade or liquid post natal. Also get good protein. Im 14 months in and still feel bad if i dnt do both! I liked megafood baby and me multivitamins and mary ruths liquid multivitamin!

You can get most of your nutrients from diet especially if you focus on getting enough protein from like meat, eggs, tofu, lentils, beans etc. I've also read that a more diverse healthy gut produces better milk that means to eat different types of fibre, different colours of veg and fruit, wholegrains etc. Another thing postpartum mums should watch out for is iron levels (hair loss is a sign of low iron). You could ask your GP for a ferritin test and you want it to be over 50. GPs consider low iron under 13 but that's way too low and optimal is about 70 but 50 is ok. The healthier and well nourished you're, it'll be easier for your body to produce milk. Suppliments can help but still there are there to suppliment a healthy diet. Also, don't take it too hard on yourself, if you're not able to breastfeed or if it's exhausting for you. It's fine to give babies formula too. I know many women women who beat themselves up because they can't breastfeed or it makes them absolutely exhausted, formula is fine
Hey y’all! This is meghan😊 I’m currently looking for some genuine friends that I can talk to about anything and everything—no judgment, just real friendship. ❤️
I currently live in Kentucky, but I’m definitely open to building friendships with people from all over the world! 🌎 Distance doesn’t bother me.
I’m a mom of seven—six of my babies are here with me, and one is my angel. ❤️ I’m also a BIG texter 😂, so if you’re looking for someone who actually enjoys talking and getting to know each other, just message me!
If you’re interested in becoming friends, send me a message. I’d love to get to know you! 💕

Anyone else feel like they are barely holding it all together??? I just want to scream. How do we work full time (to be honest- more than full time while people gaslight and say we should be able to get it all done within the workday), keep house, and have time to be a mama? I just want to stay home and be a mama, but that is not at all financially possible so how do I manage it all? Does anyone know of any jobs that pay around 75K (yes- willing to take a slight pay cut if needed although finances are tight) that is part time, work from home, or simply clock in clock out? My milk supply is declining because of stress and my mental health is rapidly declining.
For context- I’m in special education administration.
Yes- my husband helps a lot.

Looking for my bestie match. Someone that’ll eventually feel like family. Someone true and down to earth. A friend to my face and behind my back when I’m not in the room. We can FaceTime when we’re comfortable with that, send memes, vent about whatever. I genuinely want someone I can go to when I need someone to talk to and vice versa. I’m not looking for a group chat. Tbh I’ve tried those. I’m in a few right now and I just don’t feel that connection. At least not yet.
~I’m 29 and I have three kiddos. One of my kiddos is a heart warrior so I’m also a medical mama. I live in California, I don’t mind a long distance friendship. I’m almost always with my kids. You can find me doing crafts , watching a tv show, or jamming out to some music. I listen to 90s/early 2000s rap, r&b, country etc. I’m married, I have two dogs and a pineapple green cheek conure 🦜. I’m not really a gamer but I’ve been trying to get into it a little bit since my husband is. I get migraines daily so sometimes if I’m responding in a lag that’s usually why or I’m just busy with my kids. I’m also dealing with mental health and I believe it is important to prioritize that.
If you feel we could be friends please comment 🫶
