9 day old not sleeping

First time mum, my 9 day old baby will not sleep during the night in her bassinet, during the day she's fine and sleeps everywhere and anywhere and feeds fine (breastfeeding), however during the night from around half 7 she gets very fussy is constantly wanting to feed and everytime I try and put her down in the bassinet she'll stay there for around 5 or 10 minutes then gets all fussy and starts crying again and chewing on her hands (taking that as a sign she's still hungry and wants to feed more) this can go on for a few hours until she finally settles and sleeps for about an hour or two and then repeats itself.

Is this normal for her age and is there anything I can do to help her get into a better sleep pattern?

Thanks x

Will she sleep next to you? I think it is normal that they Need your presence at that age

You Must Not get a baby of that age into better sleep patterns. She might be clustering, needs to process the day, misses being in your tummy and is scared,

Ik it's not safe sleep recommended but those first few weeks with my little one I co-slept because it was the only way to get some sleep. She got better around 3 weeks and now at almost 6 weeks will sleep in her next to me with my hand on her chest

I had the same issue with my little bit and have recently started cosleeping. I was worried at first but naturally I think your body knows not to roll. I’ve had no issues cosleeping at all and he settles so much better !

We got some of the love to dream swaddle up suits and they have saved us! He feels more secure so sleeps better in his next to me. I also put the cot sheet inside my top for a few hours before bedtime, that way it smells like me and he feels close to me x

Baby sleeps with his head turned mostly to one side ?

Little one is 4 months and I’ve noticed he has a favourite side to turn his head and it’s very slightly flatter than the other side due to him always facing that way, even when he’s awake he faces one way. He can turn his head both ways but even when carrying him he always looks left. I’ve even tried switching his position in the crib but he still prefers one side. and When he’s sleeping I gently move his head to the centre so he’s looking straight but he moves it back to one side after a while. He does suck his thumb on one hand so I guess it could be to do with that? I just don’t want him to have a wonky head or face bless him, has anyone had this ?
I might go to the GP

18 months and started asking up during the night..

My son is 18 months coming up this month and he’s been in a bit of a routine for a while now. Still takes time going to sleep on a night etc but he’s started waking up crying 1/2 times but screaming.. if I bring him into bed he goes back to sleep so he can’t be up and he’s done with his sleep? But can’t also leave him screaming at 2am or 4am what could it be? He’s not hungry as if he’s hungry it’s a different cry I know it and he wouldn’t go back to sleep at all

Sleeping

This is my first baby and I have no idea if this is normal or not but I've been sleeping basically all throughout the night and getting nearly 10 hours of sleep to still wake up absolutely shattered and have an hour to two hour nap at like 2 pm and then still go to bed at like 11 and sleep through the night and don't get me wrong I love the fact I'm getting in a comfortable enough position to sleep but it just seems out of the ordinary and just want to know if other people have experienced it
