Right now I'm waking up my 5 week old to feed every 3 hours, but I'm hearing if she's her birth weight or more by her next appointment then I won't have to. She's exclusively breastfed and I really want to keep up my supply. Do I need to pump at night every 3 hours to keep my supply? Also I know feeding and supply needs change as she grows. Any helpful apps here? Thanks

Pumping is not a necessary part of breastfeeding whatsoever! Feed on demand and allow your supply to regulate to her needs. If you start removing extra milk your body will start making extra and an oversupply is not fun!
You don’t need to keep track of anything, just feed on demand, your supply will constantly adapt to whatever she needs 🫶🏼
