Bed time/ wake time

I have a five month old and really trying to figure out what time I should be putting her to bed. She wakes up at like 6:30am which is too early for me 😅

Any advice or mums who’ve figured it out?

How long does she sleep at night?x

My son is 5 months. I put him to bed at 7pm, he wakes for a feed at 1am and then his wake time is 6.30am. I don’t like it either but it works 😂

8.30 till 1- 2 and then back down till 6 and the another feed and she goes back down till like 8-9am

We basically have to decide if we want to sacrifice our morning or evening 😆 my daughter is 7 months, goes to bed at 6.30pm and gets up at 5.30am. I’d rather have an evening to myself and an early night then get up early in the mornings but I’m more of a morning person x

I am definitely not a morning person. Having raising my son alone most nights there is not a partner I need to spend time with. I've had the early rises, no night sleeps (not often thank goodness)
Nowadays most mornings I'm up at 2 am like I am now. I wake up either hot or with an unexplained ache. Also good because my sons are asleep so I can do (and eat) what I like 🤣

Baby poops

I’m going alittle crazy! My ebf 11 week old for the past 3 weeks will only poop every 6 days. Brought it up to the pediatrician and I’ve done everything they told us to do. Bicycle kicks, tummy rubs, rectal temp check, warm baths and even a suppository. He is very low on the percentile like 9% so I feel like he isn’t holding on to the milk and about day 4 he is so uncomfortable. We took him to the ER Saturday and they did a xray and just told us he had gas. Went to a follow-up peds appointment and they started him on liquid Pepcid due to possible silent reflux. He burps & farts during/ after feeds. We give mylicon or gripe water for the gas discomfort which helps sometimes. I have a feeling this isn’t normal especially when he used to poop everyday.

Sex..

I’m really not interested at all 8 weeks post partum and my husband has been asking. I had a traumatic birth with forceps, an episiotomy and a small tear in vagina. We didn’t really have sex during pregnancy and that was fine as we were both a little weirded out by it!

I just wanted to check if others have felt the same!

8 week jabs

My boy had his 8 weeks jabs this morning, he has a temp of 38.2 and has had 3 lots of calpol. He will not settle unless on me and he’s so sad… complete opposite to his normal self😢 anyone else’s baby really struggle after their jabs? Think I’m in for a long night

Advice

My baby is 2 weeks old and it truly seems like she hates me.
I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. My husband can easily calm her down but I can’t seem to do the same. She will be totally fine with him and the second he passes her to me, she will start crying.
I’m having a really hard time with it. Any advice?

Placenta Encapsulation

Curious what everyone is planning to do with their placenta after birth. Has anyone tried encapsulation, or is anyone considering it?

I’ve been looking into the process and would love to hear real experiences, good or bad. Is it worth it?

BRUE ??

my baby randomly stopped breathing last night we had to call end it was the scariest thing ever .. he’s okay right now he has a room in the nicu and they’re keeping him overnight again. it’s gonna be so hard leaving him here while we go home 💔 they said it was just unexplained and something called BRUE??? he also has acid reflux and they mentioned baby asthma ? i’m so lost and so scared how do you even recover from this?! i’m scared for him to sleep at home when we sleep :(
