Anyone else getting the nightmares?

This is my first baby and the second I hit 2nd trimester I haven't been able to sleep without having bizarre nightmares, they tend to be very close to home topics with awful endings.. everyone who I know who has had kids never has this issue, I dont know if my hormones are all over the place as this is my 4th IVF attempt with an early loss in-between... any advice or similar situations out there?

I’ve had them really bad while pregnant and postpartum, when I’d asked drs they’d say it was hormones. My little one is 11 months old and thankfully not as bad now! But it’s awful when you’re already getting such little sleep 😴

With my girl I had crazy dreams the entire pregnancy

The biggest stuggle is attempting to sleep again as the ones I keep having are such day to day events with either my dogs or partner just ending awfully! Did they not calm down during pregnancy for you at all? or ?

From 2nd trimester to about 2 months pp I had horrendous dreams about my husband passing away. Every single night. Honestly, you’re definitely not alone in this! pregnancy dreams can get sooo intense, especially in the second trimester, and IVF plus a previous loss can make your mind even more active at night. I think a lot of people just don’t talk about it, but vivid, sometimes even scary dreams are really common. My sister had the same. It doesn’t mean anything bad is going to happen, it’s usually our brains processing all the change and emotions. Try to wind down gently before bed and talk things through if they’re sticking with you, but also be kind to yourself. Your body and mind have been through a lot 🤍

Can’t decide between vbac or section

I am so unbelievably torn between how I want to give birth. I just cant decide, I’m only 26 weeks so I know I’ve got time but I feel like I don’t🙈I’ve written pros and cons for both and it hasn’t helped attal! My first birth was via elective c section through maternal choice and it went well and I healed well. Can anyone shed any light and help me out 😩

Newborn sweating

My 10 day old seems to be sweating through his onesies. His nappies are dry when we change him. The temp of the room and his temp are monitored. These last few nights when I'm getting him out of his bassinet he's damp. We've taken a layer of him but we're in one layer and don't want him to be cold. Has anyone else experienced this?

Further scans/labour induction

Hi All, I am 37 weeks and 4days pregnant. I have no signs of labour yet. The last scan was at 34weeks and the midwife suggested that no further scans are required.

My question is - Do I have to reach out to the hospital closer to the date or will they get in touch with me ?

Thanks in advance.

First kick!!!

Omg the “There’s an actual baby in me” moment just happened.
So I’m laying in bed and I feel this hard lump at my pelvic area, not once but twice. At first I thought it was gas but gas moves so I brushed it off. After the second time I’m like okay what’s going on and of course Dr.Google popped up. A few minutes later, I feel a quick “pop” and at that moment I’m like okay time to get up. I went to my mom and told her hey your grandson just kicked me for the first time because apparently he’s not comfortable lol.
