Nursery : Cows milk or formula or breast milk

My 11 month old daughter will start nursery when she is 12.5 months old. She’s only really been breastfed (apart from a few bottles of expressed breast milk in first 8weeks). I’m wondering what to do about nursery. I still plan to breastfed her at home, but at nursery what do people think I should I have her on - cows milk, formula or breast milk?

If you can pump then breast in a sippy or straw cup but otherwise cow’s or just water, they don’t ‘need’ milk beyond 12 months and you can just up dairy through other sources x

Mounjaro

Is mounjaro allowed to be taken whilst breastfeeding? I’m not on it yet, but considering it as it’s the only thing that helps me lose some weight due to my health conditions.

Bedtime

When should I start getting my little one into a bed routine? He’s 2 months old and will go to bed with me.. normally I don’t go to bed until 10pm due to having other kids and cleaning up etc.. but is it a good idea to be getting him into his own routine and setting up a monitor in his cot or is it too early for him?

Sleep regression

Does anyone know how long this sleep regression lasts? My son has gone from sleeping through to being up every hour for the last two weeks, I'm soooo tired!!🥲

7 week old baby won’t sleep

I’m genuinely at a loss. My 7 week old will not sleep on a night time. Everytime she falls asleep in my arms I go to put her down and she wakes up instantly is awake for hours afterwards

Struggling

My baby just turned 3 weeks and although I was doing so well at the start, I feel like I’m being worn down now. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and my life being constant 2 hour increments of feeding, burping, changing and trying to soothe a fussy baby, then grabbing whatever scraps of sleep I can when he goes down is so exhausting. One of my boobs has now started hurting (not the nipple, the boob itself) and I’m so stressed at night trying to get through without my partner waking as he has work the next day. I’m not sure what I’m asking for, I suppose I’m just venting to feel less alone. I’m so grateful to have my baby, but this is so hard and I’m scared.

Toddler and new born

I have just given birth a couple of weeks ago and also have a 3 year old. My husband works from home and works for himself which I would’ve considered lucky. Before we gave birth we agreed that he would mainly be responsible for our toddler along helping with newborn as I can’t drive and lift heavy after c-section.

My husband takes our toddler to nursery around 7:30am and picks him up at 6pm and does night routine with him. My husband does not help out at all with new born during the night and says he needs to have a good night sleep to wake up early to deal with our son. He helps during the day here and there when I want to eat and shower but rushes to give baby back as soon as I’m done.

My new born does not sleep long in the night and cluster feeds too. I breastfeed but also pump to make it easier. I am so mentally drained. On top of that my c-section incision is infected and opened up, presumably from doing too much. I can’t remember the last time I slept longer than 2 hours and in the night I probably get 3 hours all round due to my nb staying awake for a while. I honestly just feel like crying most days from exhaustion and I can’t help but feel like I should have a lot bit more help during the night. Even if it was just one day a week. Then again I understand dealing with our son and working too.

Im just abit torn on whether I should be getting more help than I am.
