Struggling badly

Newby here. Never been part of an app like this before but im at the point of trying everything i can find. Im 32 with 3 kids (15/11/4)
Ive struggled with poor mental health since childhood and last year my GP reffered me for Autism testing. Also suspect my youngest is on the spectrum somewhere. I am DROWNING in it all right now. My GP has changed my meds 3 times this year already to try and find one that works better and i am constantly over whelmed and over stimulated. The older im getting the more sensitive im getting to "little things" that send me over the edge and my youngest has multiple melt downs per day (fully aware my energy, or should i say lack of, will play its own part in this too)
My village is non existant. I am more so on a remote deserted island with the kids and "partner". This is hard. Im exhausted, im juggling all the roles whilst forgetting my own basic needs and due to social anxieties ive no one to even meet up with to chat about it all over a coffee because i will only blab my life story and then convince myself the other person hates me and my entire bloodline 30 minutes after getting back home and playing out the whole conversation and the other persons words/body language for the next 365 days. Please tell me im not the only mum wanting to pack a bag and dissapear?

No you are not . What you are feeling may be coming from being overworked as a mom and over exhaustions . If possible please ask for more help from your partner family members so that you can have some more time for yourself to pick up the pieces . I know it’s hard but this too shall pass. Know that you are wonderful , strong mother . Love x

Tell me...

I need to know all the secrets Mama especially those mamas who are over the age of 35. During postpartum did you have a problem with shedding like your hair constantly falling out or thinning? No matter what I do or take or anything my hair will not go back to being full again. I haven't had full hair since my second oldest daughter was born. I'm on birth control. I take prenatals I use anti thinning hair care system. I'm doing it all. I'm getting stressed out because this is crap. What are your go-to secrets now? I'm going to say this as a n FYI I have psoriasis on my scalp due to allergies so I need sensitive friendly

Good baby

I just wanna see if there’s any mums who are actually having a good time with happy
Babies that sleep well. Eat well. Play well ?
I feel like I’m shamed in mum groups when I don’t share the same problems. I know we’re lucky. And we take each day as it comes. There’s been ups and downs but she is a happy baby who isn’t much trouble. But I’ll scared to say the truth in mum groups because they all look so judgey and cross that she’s just an easier baby than my friends. I don’t take it for granted. Like I said we take each day as it comes knowing our luck could run out but I’m tired of being shamed for it. I have a good baby. She sleeps 12 hrs at night without waking. She eats well. She’s so bright and meeting milestones early. She naps in the day and rarely scream cries.
Don’t get me wrong. The first few weeks were rough but I just wanna be able to share that she’s good I’m good and not feel shamed to share it.

Crying on wake ups

My son is one year now & the last couple nights he wakes up crying or winging slightly but it doesn’t even last a minute and he’s straight back to sleep… then happy as anything when he wakes up… any ideas what this could be. He had his jabs on Friday but thankfully they went really well and hasn’t had signs apart from a temp on the Saturday. He’s done this once before too but it went away so I’m unsure as to what this could be

He doesn’t have milk through the night and very rarely poo’s through the night too.

Thanks!

Bottled milk rules

It’s been 17 years since my last child was born 😅 I’m due in a few weeks and am confused about the rules to bottle feeding.
I used to boil water and make bottles without the milk, then when needed, I poured the milk in when the water was room temperature and that was it.
Is that ok?
I don’t want to make my bottles up and put in the fridge to then have to warm up a bit. I also don’t want to make bottles as I need them.
What if I’m out and about all day like at a park? Surely I can pour the milk when needed at room temperature?

Breastfeeding weight gain

Whoever told me breastfeeding will make me lose weight lied to me on my face 😂 I’m constantly starving and I’m heavier by the day. Anyone else experiencing this?
