Hi there!
I had my first 13 months ago and only got my period back around November. I was exclusively pumping up until a couple weeks ago. I started tracking hormone levels using Mira and realized why we haven’t been successful in trying for #2, I haven’t had a confirmed ovulation! What tips do you all have to helping get everything back on track so we can try for number two!?

Once you’ve stopped breastfeeding (pumping) your cycle should return properly (assuming you were ovulating regularly before). It’s different for everyone but but not uncommon to have enough prolactin to disrupt ovulation while you’re breastfeeding
Is this a complete negative or a possible positive? I can see a faint line in there but I am not sure. What do you guys see?

I’m about to go through my 3rd embryo transfer next month. I have had 2 successful transfers and I have a beautiful 3 year old boy and a 2 year old little girl.
My question is, has anyone been lucky enough to have a 3 in row success?
I’m content with my 2 but the thought of having a 3rd has never gone away and I’m not getting any younger.

I've realised it's really tough to start setting boundaries now that I'm an adult, especially when people are used to me always saying yes. Did anyone else struggle with guilt or worry about damaging relationships? How did you overcome the mental challenges and stick to your boundaries?
