Hi mamas! I’m starting to ease back into fitness after a C-section and wanted to see how others are managing it while breastfeeding.
I’m trying to take things really slowly while my body recovers, sticking to light workouts like walking, but I’m a bit unsure what’s too much at this stage.
Have you found your energy levels or milk supply affected when exercising?
Any tips on:
• What types of workouts felt safe after a C-section?
• When you felt ready to increase intensity?
• How you balanced calories/nutrition while breastfeeding?
• Timing workouts around feeds/pumping?
