How do you cool bedroom down without opening windows?
We’ve got fan on had curtains shut all day but room is showing 31 my lg hair is soaking wet
I have a big phobia of spiders so I don’t want my windows open through the night what else can I do? I’ve opened the landing window now as last resort but I’ll shut it before bed

Have you looked into getting insect nets to put over the window? Because if there’s nowhere for the hot air to escape to the room can’t cool down. You can get nets that magnet around the window and stop bugs coming in
As daft as it sounds have you tried opening the loft hatch (if you have one of course)? I found that can help as hot air tends to rise🥰
