Boring/ no sex

I’m so tired of having no sex with my partner. People go on about men have needs well erm women do too! I’m 6 months pp and i think we’ve had it like 3 times since little one arrived. I constantly feel horny.

Before i was pregnant our sex was often and it was good, i enjoyed it. He stopped giving me head before pregnancy and it was mainly because he didn’t enjoy it but would do it now and then to please me.He made a comment after I had the baby saying it will be a while before he eats me out again…

1. What makes him think I want him there so soon.
2. How dare he even be rude like that after I’ve just given birth
3. It’s been 6 months now and I’ve still not received it.

It’s not even just about that but our sex is so boring and all happens so quick. He even tried to skip foreplay last time and I was like no what are you doing!!

I suggested role play to ramp it up a bit and he laughed at me and when I said no I’m being serious he pulled a weird face. I also like being dominated and he use to be good at doing that and again it’s all gone. I said about getting new underwear and said to him why don’t he pick and he was like why what’s the point it will just end up on the floor…. I mean true but I’m trying to feel abit sexy for myself and him.

I feel like he has lost interest all together. He barely kisses/ hugs me unless I ask!

And this is the worst part but I find myself romanticising about past sexual connections lately because of being so sexless. I feel guilty but I can’t help it.

Don’t feel guilty. I remember after having my son, my obstetrician looking at me and giving me this unsolicited piece of advice by saying “and don’t be surprised if you all don’t have sex for a year.”

Everyone’s libido is different. Also, yes, I would be very offended if my husband ever made that comment to me about wanting to please me orally and after giving birth to our child, he would not go down there for a while. He probably didn’t mean it to be cruel, but it didn’t land well and why would it.

Is this patronising??

I left thank you teacher gifts to the last day today, as I’ve had a nightmare 2 weeks with zero spare time, so just had to find some bits in local Morrisons.

I got - mini puzzle books, face masks, cute mini bottles of wine, chocolate bars, bag of pop chips, sweets and a candle x 3 (for 3 teachers)

Couldn’t find a thank you card though and didn’t want to/don’t have time to drive around other shops to find one. All I could get was a card with stars 🌟 on that says “well done you!”

Is a “well done you” card patronising??

Was going to write something along the lines of…

Well done to all of you for all your hard work this fantastic school year! I’m sure you’re more than ready for a relaxing break now, hopefully these gifts will help with that!

Thank you for everything. Have a great summer.

Kinda embarrassing writing this lol but here’s goes nothing

How can I be more sexy for my man? We got into an argument kinda the other day and I asked a separate question and he brought up me not knowing how to be sexy. I feel the complete opposite of that bc when I would try to initiate sex or foreplay he is kinda turned off when I do it (idk, maybe that’s just me but the way he moves my hand when I try)

Just throw out some stuff that can spice up a relationship because I honestly cannot continue in a relationship where when I try to initiate sex “he’s not comfortable” his words. Which is weird. I mean since the conversation I am kinda turned off in wanting to have sex and I’m not scared but embarrassed to even try anything, and then he doesn’t like it or I look stupid. I guess you can say my confidence went down a lil but whatever.

**there was so much more to the conversation but if I keep going it’s gonna be so long**

Stay at home mom thoughts

I think the scariest thing about being a stay at home mom with no support system, no family or friends is if you guys break up you have no money, no house and no where to go so then you just become homeless.
Something that has been weighing on me heavily since me and my partner are not doing good for quite some time now.

Do you keep a bin in your bathroom? (Odd question I know)

I keep a bin in all my bathrooms and find it really weird when I go to someone’s home and they don’t have it in theirs. Especially when there’s women and teenage girls and they have to walk to the kitchen bin to throw their sanitary pads or tampons away.
