I know it’s not recommended to gain glutes during workout, but I really don’t wanna lose my butt shape, can I still do glute workout without dumbbells, and will it help to maintain its shape? Or it’s not worth it while pregnant?

It is 100% worth it and needed, your body will naturally start pushing forward as your belly grows and strong glutes will definitely help with back and lumbat pain.
If you worked out prior pregnancy and can confidently do the exercises with good form and technique there is no harm on continuing to exercise if the pregnancy is not at high risk.
The recommended threshold is to lift 70% weight of what you lifted pre pregnancy.
