Had one with my first pregnancy, they said boy. And it was correct.

I find the people who been told girl then turned out to be a boy later on in pregnancy went before 16 weeks x

I have mine booked for 16 weeks for this reason! So excited to know

I had mine at exactly 15 weeks and is very clearly a boy. I think if they aren’t 100% sure they’ll ask you to go for a walk to get better angles or to come back in a week or so free of charge

A woman I work with had a private scan at 16 weeks for the gender, was told it was a boy then at the 20wk scan the NHS confirmed it was a girl!

Induction at 37 weeks

I understand every pregnancy is different, but I’m curious. For those who were induced at 37 weeks, what was your experience like and how long did it take? This is my second pregnancy, my first induction was at 40 weeks, and my body was a lot more ready to go, so he came out fairly quickly. We will be induced in a couple days, my cervix is at zero, and only 20% effaced but he is at least pretty far down. 😅

We have discussed the possibility of needing a C-section and my C-section unfortunately would have to be completely under sedation as I cannot get any form of epidural or spinal.

First c-section.. unplanned

Hey mamas

I just had an emergency c-section and now I’m at home struggling how to get out of bed and not use my abdomen, sitting or laying back on the couch to put baby to sleep and struggling to get up without help.

Any tips?.. or things you mamas have used that helps with healing?

I’m terrified of tearing the wound open or not healing properly.. :/

Does pain ever override your other senses?

Chronic pain / chronic illness girlies what’s upppp

Ok so I was at a wedding of my very close friends at a farm this past weekend my son was in the wedding as the flower boy all super cute but that means we were there for the rehearsal dinner and drinks, the wedding day was busy of course, and then the next day my husband helped with take down of tables etc and we had to go pick up our car. Luckily we had help from grandparents so we could enjoy our time

ANYWHOOOO

I overdid it so badly because I hate making other peoples life events about me and my pain. Like could barely walk for 2 days after kinds of pain. So only now a few days later do I realize I’m legit covered in bug bites from the farm on my legs. And they’re so itchy and annoying and my family is like how are you only noticing days later I’m like guys my pain was overriding my other senses I didn’t notice because my body was so focused on the pain. And that was very confusing for them. Do you guys know what I’m talking about ??

Painful joints

I'm 12 weeks pp, and when I wake up in the morning, or just before I go to bed at night my joints hurt so much! Particularly in my ankles, knees and hips!

I'm 33 but feel much older! Anyone else feeling this or should I get this investigated? 👀
