Guys idk if am stupid or what but what does the sweet spot mean? Does it mean when LO should be asleep by? Or when bedtime routine should begin? Sorry for the dumb q lol

Sweet spot is when they estimate baby should be asleep by. We use the sweet spot in tandem with his sleep cues. Sometimes he goes to sleep before or after or right around the predicted sweet spot.

Its when they should be asleep by. I find that it varies and you should still watch for your kids cues. My little guy was supposed to go down for 1.5 hours at 230pm but by 130pm he was just not having it and we took him on a walk and he was asleep 45 mins early. But the good thing is that the sweet spot adapts to the last nap and length
