Binders for pregnancy?

I’m 19 weeks and my boobs before pregnancy were 30dd and now they’ve gotten even more massive and heavy. I’m non-binary and sometimes my boobs give me gender dysphoria. Usually I use binders from Spectrum Outfitters but I can’t fit into them anymore. I’m wondering if there’s any binders that are good for in pregnancy. My boobs feel like ROCKS!! I don’t even think I could achieve a flat chest with a binder but anything that can make them flatter would be nice.
I know this is a really niche question 🥲 Any help is appreciated.

Fighting sleep

Any tips for a newborn baby that is fighting his sleep? I’m finding that from when my baby wakes up for his first morning feed he then won’t settle back down for several hours and fights going back to sleep. You’ll think he’s drifted off and then PING eyes wide open again, he’s then getting himself very overtired. He’s only 17 days old and he’s going 3-4 hours fighting his sleep, whatever we try doesn’t seem to work. Any tips of tricks to try are please welcomed!

episiotomy

Had my baby boy 5 days ago and had an episiotomy as baby wasn’t coming out just had the midwife out and my stiches have came away but no sign of infection but am still really sore especially when going to the toliet. If anyone has had anything similar how long did it take to heal or generally just stop being as sore

Deflated

I have a 3 year old and 10 week old. Currently trying to get ready but having to feed, everything seems to take so long. I’m late for everything, my baby just cries so I’m constantly stopping and starting. I just put tv on for my 3 year old and she’s so good and just watches it. I’m late for everything, I need to start getting ready hours before I need to leave and I’m still always late or rushing 😣 I’m grateful but it’s hard.

really dumb question

FTM and I have a 7 week old. Typically he sleeps when he wants and during his wake windows we do the typical stuff like stretching, tummy time, reading, etc…then he usually eats and will take a nap for a bit and repeat. Sometimes his naps last pretty long, we let him sleep until its time to eat again. And his wake windows last pretty long so it’s all kinda random. Now since he’s starting to move out of the newborn stage and sleep less (longer wake windows and stuff), do you guys have a set schedule to put them down for naps? do the naps need to only last certain amounts of time or should i let him sleep as long as he wants? When should i start a more solid sleep routine with scheduled naps and such? i just want to make sure im not messing anything up, any kind words and advice would be greatly appreciated!
