You can get reusable cup/nipple inserts that slip into your bra. They are used to catch any milk or colostrum that leaks but you will need to wear a comfortable but supportive bra with these. Medela, Elvie and munchkin all do them but you can also buy non branded ones of Amazon.

If you plan of keeping the collected colostrum then remember that it must be frozen within 4 hours, so you’d have to wake up and do this in the night.

You could also get some disposable Breast pads. Like Lansinoh, Frida or Boots. These will work well keeping you dry at night.

I would also try collecting some of the colostrum just before bed. Might keep you dry for the first couple of hours of the night.

I’m 9weeks pp and I leak quite bad at night. Those pads isn’t enough so I use nappies.

I want to stop co-sleeping 😭

I literally don't know what to do. I want to stop co-sleeping but it is a nightmare. As soon as I place my baby in his bassinet he'll start screaming bloody murder, or roll onto him belly and wake himself up, or sleep 30 minutes then wake up. It's a battle every night and eventually I'm exhausted and give up. He wins and gets to sleep next to mommy. I don't know what to do. 😭 He sleeps perfectly fine on his own for naps, just not at bedtime. Any advice?

Those who have babies who sleep have a totally different parenting journey

Maybe it’s because I’m jealous, maybe it’s because I’m hoping to find peace in myself but those who have babies/children who sleep well have a very different journey of motherhood/fatherhood. I’m tried, burnt out and close to a menty B

Self soothing

curious to know when did yall begin letting your babies self soothe themselves to sleep? any tips? my LO is 8 months, i’ve always had to walk/bounce/put her on my chest to get her to nap or down for the night since she was a nb. she never took to a pacifier.. tried a lot and just didn’t find one she liked to keep in her mouth. will it be impossible without a pacifier?

Nappy Deals

Just to let people know who don't know, Morrisons has a deal on Pampers nappies, I got the 50 pack of size 1 for £3 from £8. Also Tesco does a deal on Pampers if you get click and collect or delivery, I think, photo below. I also got the Pampers app which is worthwhile. I just thought I let people know to help save money because it does get expensive.
