I’m 33 weeks pregnant and I just want to take a fucking nap

But I can’t because we have a three year old and his dad is fucking sleeping.

The grown man has gotten 3 hours of a nap himself. Im nauseous everytime I move and just want to lay down in one fucking spot. But I don’t fucking matter. So whatever.

Tried to wake him up before I took a shower. Saw his eyes open, expected he was awake so I shut the bathroom door so I could shower & maybe throw up if I had to without being interrupted.

I get out of the shower and the fuckhead is still asleep in the bedroom. The toddler grabbed his dad’s coffee from the fridge. I have no idea if he fucking drank any.

Considered jumping off the balcony, but I just said I’m leaving and got in the car and went for a drive. Now I’m sitting in a parking lot so I can just sit still and not be bothered.

I wish I was a man. Cause then I could just sleep in my own house with zero repercussions

Fuck that shit ladies and excuse my language! I am fed up of hearing how us women have shitty partners and how the guys never pull their weight except society expects us women to be able to do it all without feeling exhausted!
Please ladies, sign my petition to be able to remove the father from the birth certificate due to ANY type of abuse as this piece of paper bounds women to abusive relationships and men as they have "full rights" but never put full effort in!!

Is it normal to feel this way?

Baby is currently 4 weeks old…I love her to bits but I DREAD her wake windows, as horrible as that sounds😖
She’s rarely content or happy when she’s awake. If she’s awake she’s crying or screaming. I actually get scared for when she might wake up because she gets herself in such a state.
Has anyone else felt this way? Or am I just an awful mum lol.

Im hoping this gets better once baby is a bit older & can interact more with things/play/laugh etc

Hate the newborn stage

Does anyone else absolutely hate the newborn stage? So many of my friends love to borrow him for "newborn snuggles" or whatever but I just can't bring myself to care and just leave him to sleep in his crib as much as possible. I just feel so disconnected from my baby... and in hindsight, I had this with my first 2 as well - I keep them alive but wouldn't say I truly bond with them until 6 months+...

Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like I can't openly talk about it with friends/family without serious judgement though I finally admitted it to my husband last night - I don't think I ever admitted it (even to myself) with my first 2. Is something wrong with me?

Guilt

I had my first ultrasound and I found out my due date is May 11 and my daughter’s birthday is May 9th. I cried for about 15min straight lbvs I was already feeling guilty then I find this out on top of that I have had ZERO energy. I haven’t been wanting to play with my daughter and I feel like a shitty mom. My husband has been stepping up a lot and playing with her but now she seems to have gotten so much closer to him 😭😭😭😭 She’s like all
About her dad now and I feel heartbroken 😭

I know it’s early days…

Baby’s 5 days old and will not sleep in the next to me no matter what we try. I’ve tried rocking it, hot water bottle to warm it, swaddled him, sleeping bag and sleepyhead (controversial I know).
Any suggestions, just want some hours sleep🥲

Baby cries when held by anyone but mum and dad

My LO is 6 months old. We live in London with no immediate family close by. When we do visit, LO has mostly cried when anyone else has held her.
I don’t like seeing her distressed. So when she cries I prefer to take her back to soothe her. My partners sister once wanted to keep hold of her to soothe her herself and LO ended up crying herself to sleep.
I’ve been thinking that she will grow put of this when she builds confidence and independence and not to force and distress her if she cries when held.
It’s difficult though as i feel like my partners family think I dont want anyone to hold her and im controlling for not allowing her to cry.
Any advice? Or is normal to just let them cry?
