Temperature

Does is have mucus coming out of her nose? Have you tried freezing her dummy and giving it to her, or making her bottle slightly warmer to soothe her gums?

Not likely… I’d imagine it’s due to a little viral infection. It’s the season!
Also, sometimes babies just get a little temperature and nothing really is wrong per se. They just like to keep us on our toes!

My little girl had a temp spike of 38.5 this morning and I wondered the same as she's been dribbling a lot and has a flushed cheek but teething shouldn't cause a fever. It could be the start of an ear infection. I gave Calpol and her temp came down... today is lots of cuddles and keeping her fluids up ensuring she still has her normal amount of wet nappies

My little one had a temperature at 10 months old that quickly spiked to 41 due to a middle ear infection and a febrile seizure so it's good that you've caught it early. ❤️

Probably not teething. They can get a slight raised temp with teething but I wouldn’t expect it to be 38 or above. It’s likely viral. I would monitor and keep an eye on the amount they are eating and the amount of nappies but if that’s all fine, I’d just treat at home. They get temperatures all the time even for a slight colds.
