Usually dad as he’s self employed and I run a pub so if I don’t arrive at work the pub doesn’t open. I also out earn him so it makes more sense to loose the lower income x

We agreed to alternate. If someone has to miss a day of work for our child’s illness then if I do it one time then the next time it’s my husband, and so on and so forth. We figured it’s the best way to keep both our job disruption to a minimum. Luckily she hasn’t been ill in 4 years.

It’s all me as I have the more flexible job and can use built up flexi-time to take time off work and can log on at home when I can when she’s napping, my partner can’t wfh and would lose a days pay if he doesn’t go into work. My little girl also only wants me when she’s poorly so it makes sense for us. My mum will try and help out too where she can if I am really busy at work as well x
my bf just told me i need to go on walks because all i do is lay around and sleep... when i work full time still, manage to take the dog out when it's time and actively clean up around the house ?! i got upset bc it's like he's implying i don't do anything but sleep/ lay around but i only do on my days off... when all of it was a reminder to do his hair when he gets off work ? tb "you can go on a walk bc your body will be tired a lot some i'm not used, im playing around bc i used to burn 400+ calories a day".

My son is 13 months, had a fever over the weekend and had lighter nappies. Had HFMD the weekend before but that cleared up last week. Fever is down but he hasn't peed all day. Nappy this morning was so light and wee was concentrated and smelly. Have him electrolytes yesterday but today he's refusing. He's been drinking milk and water, but still no pee. He had a soiled nappy but no wee. He's also had reduced appetite. Vomited once yesterday. 111 referred me to my GP but they're going to close in an hour and are taking long to pick up anyways. Thinking to just take him to A&E? Im unsure when to wait until as I have no idea when he last actually peed, as he's been drinking today so should've weed
Anyone had something similar? I'm thinking it's different to the hand foot and mouth as the sores are gone but could it be related?

Anyone else totally overstimulated?? I never imagined it would be so hard! 3.5 week old and 2y9m old and the absolute exhaustion is making it soo hard to cope with the two of them! I feel bad writing this but OMG! One is constantly on the boob and the other never stops talking or jumping or whinging. Today she did a poo on the floor, peed on the pouffe and bit my husband 🆘😭 I know its normal for the toddler because its a big adjustment but it doesnt make it easier to deal with day to day. Then she goes to bed and its up all night with the baby ahhhhhh. I feel like this is going to kill me! Hope its not just me 💀💀💀
