Baby is not passing urine

My son is 13 months, had a fever over the weekend and had lighter nappies. Had HFMD the weekend before but that cleared up last week. Fever is down but he hasn't peed all day. Nappy this morning was so light and wee was concentrated and smelly. Have him electrolytes yesterday but today he's refusing. He's been drinking milk and water, but still no pee. He had a soiled nappy but no wee. He's also had reduced appetite. Vomited once yesterday. 111 referred me to my GP but they're going to close in an hour and are taking long to pick up anyways. Thinking to just take him to A&E? Im unsure when to wait until as I have no idea when he last actually peed, as he's been drinking today so should've weed

Anyone had something similar? I'm thinking it's different to the hand foot and mouth as the sores are gone but could it be related?

I just bet by the time we get to the hospital there's gonna be a massive wee in his nappy 🤣

Any smaller community hospitals nearby? With a minor injury unit? What about your health visitor? Sometime they can get you in faster

I would take him to A&E check his nappy before you leave, and check it again before you actually check in at A&E. If he’s done a pee then, you can still check in, and say, you’ve just seen he’s had a pee, but that’s the only one!!!

A&e better to be safe, rather than you worrying all night!

Hi, I know they say it isn’t common but quite recently our 12 month old boy had a UTI and the symptoms sound similar :) it was just a case of getting the right antibiotics, hope everything is ok!

Agree with the other comments, take to A&E. Have trust in those instincts.

If that’s over 12 hours without a heavy nappy or a wee then A&E straight away or ring 111 again especially if your GP has shut now. 8 hours without passing urine needs medical attention as well with the other present symptoms.

am i over reacting or ?

my bf just told me i need to go on walks because all i do is lay around and sleep... when i work full time still, manage to take the dog out when it's time and actively clean up around the house ?! i got upset bc it's like he's implying i don't do anything but sleep/ lay around but i only do on my days off... when all of it was a reminder to do his hair when he gets off work ? tb "you can go on a walk bc your body will be tired a lot some i'm not used, im playing around bc i used to burn 400+ calories a day".

Transition to 2 kids is killing me 😭

Anyone else totally overstimulated?? I never imagined it would be so hard! 3.5 week old and 2y9m old and the absolute exhaustion is making it soo hard to cope with the two of them! I feel bad writing this but OMG! One is constantly on the boob and the other never stops talking or jumping or whinging. Today she did a poo on the floor, peed on the pouffe and bit my husband 🆘😭 I know its normal for the toddler because its a big adjustment but it doesnt make it easier to deal with day to day. Then she goes to bed and its up all night with the baby ahhhhhh. I feel like this is going to kill me! Hope its not just me 💀💀💀
