Nursery struggles

My nearly 11 month old daughter did her second day of nursery today, she cries as soon as we get into the room which I know is normal, but she’s refusing to nap all day or have any milk (she’s breastfed). It’s meant she’s so overtired on a night she just cries and cries and I can’t get her down, I think its made her a bit anxious about me leaving her.
I honestly don’t know if she’s ready for nursery yet and I feel so sick of guilt but financially I have no choice as I need to go back to work 😭
When does it get better?!

My daughter was exactly the same. The first week was horrible. She barely drinks milk at nursery so I just increased her meal sizes.
But by week 3 she was laughing and kicking her legs with excitement to go in.
They’re just getting acclimatised to something new, night time is still a little difficult as my girl is always shattered after nursery but it’s not as bad now! Hang in there xx

We are in exactly the same boat, we had 2 x 2 hour settling in sessions last week and the first full day on Monday.

He didn’t have any milk just solids and needed to be rocked fo sleep. They only successfully got him down for 1 30 min nap all day. Last night was awful sleep wise and I felt like he was breastfeeding all night 😭

I’m hoping for better sleep at another full day tomorrow!

My little girl was also exactly the same! She is also breastfed and doesn't take a bottle but then never has done.
She also was rubbish at napping there because they don't have a separate room but I have sent her in with a white noise machine and thats helped loads! So anything you can provide them from home that she usually has will help also maybe one of your tops so she has your smell and you can get from amazon my first photo album and fill it with photos of her family that she can look at whilst she's there.
She will get there but I appreciate how hard it is to start with. 🩷 xx

Transition to 2 kids is killing me 😭

Anyone else totally overstimulated?? I never imagined it would be so hard! 3.5 week old and 2y9m old and the absolute exhaustion is making it soo hard to cope with the two of them! I feel bad writing this but OMG! One is constantly on the boob and the other never stops talking or jumping or whinging. Today she did a poo on the floor, peed on the pouffe and bit my husband 🆘😭 I know its normal for the toddler because its a big adjustment but it doesnt make it easier to deal with day to day. Then she goes to bed and its up all night with the baby ahhhhhh. I feel like this is going to kill me! Hope its not just me 💀💀💀

Baby is not passing urine

My son is 13 months, had a fever over the weekend and had lighter nappies. Had HFMD the weekend before but that cleared up last week. Fever is down but he hasn't peed all day. Nappy this morning was so light and wee was concentrated and smelly. Have him electrolytes yesterday but today he's refusing. He's been drinking milk and water, but still no pee. He had a soiled nappy but no wee. He's also had reduced appetite. Vomited once yesterday. 111 referred me to my GP but they're going to close in an hour and are taking long to pick up anyways. Thinking to just take him to A&E? Im unsure when to wait until as I have no idea when he last actually peed, as he's been drinking today so should've weed

Anyone had something similar? I'm thinking it's different to the hand foot and mouth as the sores are gone but could it be related?

Nursery

Hi, how is everyone’s nursery policy for their kids when they have a temperature? Do they give them calpol and observe and then tell you to come collect them if calpol doesn’t work or do they call you straight away from having a bit of temperature (37.7) to come collect them right away?
