I don't know who to share it with, because I don't want to come off as ungrateful for such a healthy, big boy.. but my son is now 2 and a half, and officially 92% in height, and 94% in weight. He was born at 21 inches, and has always been in the high 80-90% range for height, weight, and head size.
It's just.. it's hard. He's 2. He's still waiting to be held all the time, and it was starting to be a struggle to hold him starting around a year old. It's not fair to him. I feel guilty. He didn't understand why I would have to put him down so quickly when he was younger, and I hope it didn't make him feel like I didn't want to or something.
It's a weird situation that none of my friends can relate to.
Does anyone here relate?
Thanks for listening 💕
(Adding that I have used baby carriers, hip packs, etc. He doesn’t like them.)

My 9 month old is in the 95th percentile for weight and 80 for height. I’m in my second trimester and carrying him is so hard for me I think I cry about it all the time because I feel so guilty for not being able to hold him all the time but I do my best to sit and play with him and hold him when I’m able! It’s okay to feel guilty just know they want us around and that’s enough for them

My now 10yo was 95th - 99th for height and weight when born and is now almost taller than me 🤣

Yepppp had my boy strapped to my back in our baby carrier at two years old and had people thinking I was lunging around a 5 year old 🤣
His pediatrician said he’ll likely be 6ft entering high school 😵💫 I’m 5’1 and a half lol
Now that I’m heavily pregnant with our second & he’s almost 4, I bend down and give him a big hug when he tries to ask me to carry him, normally that helps us move past the desire to be carried

My 4 month old weighs over a stone already (22lbs) and it's breaking my back carrying him all the time so I dread what it'll be like when he's a toddler! He's in 99.6 centile for height, weight and head size and is flying through the different clothes/nappy sizes (currently 9-12 months 😅). I feel really guilty already for struggling to carry him round 😥

My boy was in the 1 percentile for weight until like 10 months old. Now at two hes in the 95th percentile for height and 90th percentile for weight. Since he's two you just have to be more firm with saying no you can walk. We more so cuddle and stuff when I can sit and he can sit in my lap. In stores I say no, you can walk. Hes two. I loved holding my boy and still do sometimes as it's not that bad but they do need to learn to walk and have independence.

There was a 4 yr old in the daycare I worked at who got mistaken for an employees older kid all the time, it didnt help his parents were extremely affectionate towards each other in front of him which sounds sweet but he was high functioning autistic and tried to treat female staff like his father did his mom. I hate to say it was the hardest part of working there because the kid was literally my hight and was always trying to touch me inappropriately because he didnt know any better. It felt so weird because the things he said which he 100 percent got from his dad made me feel like he was a creeper. Made me uncomfortable as hell. But he was only 4. Made me feel so bad for feeling that way towards a toddler.

My son was born at 38 weeks weighing 9.5lbs. Always been >99% in height and weight. He is 26m and 42lbs.
I feel you. I see you. You’re not alone.
My guy runs around though. He doesn’t want to be held much. He’s an adventure baby.

My 3yo has always been over the 95th percentile, he was in 9-12 month clothes at just 4 months old, now he's in 4-5 year clothes, he weighs 19kg (average is about 14.5kg for 3yo boy). I can still carry him if I can but I do work out so that may help 😅 but now I'm 23 weeks pregnant it's definitely more of a struggle!
Can someone give me the courage as we have a 6month old together and i live with my inlaws.
I need to know i’ll somehow do this, and we will be okay. I fully depend on him financially aswell. I have no savings. And my family lives in another country.
Edit: I need courage to leave, not stay. And its more serious than miscommunication.

My husband and I had our son in December and at first he couldn't leave me alone(we didnwait the full 6 weeks before actually doing anything) but around March or April he kinda just lost interest in anything pertaining to us... since then it just seems like any time I try to initiate anything intimate there's always a reason as to why we can't but when he goes to sleep he wants to touch on me like he hadn't just given me a million excuses as to why he didn't want to. We've been together for 7 years and married for 1 so I know it's normal for couples to lose their spark I just didn't think it was going to be so one sided or soon I mean hell we're both in our mid 20s. It makes me feel like there's something wrong with me and I just don't know what to do when I bring it up he gets mad at me like I'm accusing him of something but I just want to know what's changed.

Honestly, I don’t know how some Mums get things done. I found newborn infinitely easier than 3 months. His wake windows are long and his naps are short. He doesn’t like to be put down for too long. He seems to be getting bored of his toys. He loves people and social interaction. He loves going out for walks & outings but between that when I need to get things done at home, how do I!? He goes in the carrier but it’s 50/50 chance whether he’ll take to it. If he had it his way I would be carrying him around all day. What is everyone else doing?

Am I mean for keeping my toddler off pre-school in the fear we catch a sickness bug that’s going round?
We have plans next weekend and I really don’t want us coming down with anything before hand 🤦🏻♀️🙈

My boy is 3 weeks and Im struggling so much. Every feed feels tense as i don't know if he'll drink calmly and then go to sleep or fuss/squirm/cry and spit up. I don't know how I'm ever going to leave the house with him like this. How do people do it? He was fussy this morning and I ended up just handing him over to my husband. Once he settled a d fell asleep I just lay in bed cuddling him, too scared to move or get up and do anything. I didn't have any breakfast and only managed to get up at lunch time as I needed to make him some more formula. I love him so much but I feel like such a useless mother.
