Look for a bottle the most similar to the breast I've heard the nuk and pigeon are pretty good

I tried pigeon, dr.brown , avent and nuk 🥲

I’m not really sure but I heard tommee tippee was good

I don’t know how I ended up in this group lmao but she knows where the good stuff is! Babies know what is the best for them they are smart and can be picky like that ! I’ve exclusively breastfed for 10 months now it is difficult but it gets a lot easier !

We do well with lansinoh (or however you spell it)

It’s normal she is like that honestly it’s nothing you can do lollll she doesn’t know she’s her own person yet my daughter is like that and she’s 6 months just look at it as it’s like that now but in the future she will be far more independent breast milk wires the child to know you love her not by words so it will let her feel more secure in yall relationship I understand though days I feel like that too and in the very very beginning it’s really harder because they are still scared and now aware of their surroundings she was in a womb for 9 months it was super warm and cozy in there now she’s in this loud colder environment full of lights and different movements she’s not used to

So first off, please ignore comments from moms who think breastfeeding is the ONLY way to show you love your baby--absolute garbage take. Idk why people hop on threads like this and don't actually answer the question being asked and just offer unnecessary opinions 🙄 Look up the triangle test if you can. Lansinoh bottles I've heard good things about and I have a good friend who combo feeds and swears by Boon Nursh!

We use Philips avent bottles and it mimics the flow of a nipple in my opinion, not super fast at all (for the 0-3mo nipples (size 1) and our newborn switches from my breast to bottle no problem.

Honest conversation my husband and I had the other day in regards to babies who deny bottles and kids who are picky eaters in general because our toddler is super picky, but my husband proposed that if a baby is hungry enough wouldn’t the natural instinct take over and they’d take whatever they could get? (Acknowledging it’s so hard having to hear babies cry or get upset when they have a preference). essentially our doctor also said we can try different methods, but at the end of the day if our baby is hungry they will eat to survive

How are your babies getting to sleep?

We have tried the whole self sooth with a dummy method and it works a couple of times, but most of the time he’s fed to sleep or rocked. Please tell me we’re not the only ones who’s babies aren’t fully self soothing yet?

Colic/ Witching hour /PURPLE crying

My daughter is 6 weeks and we’re dealing with the inconsolable crying in the evenings. Some call it witching hour/colic/PURPLE crying. Anyone have any success getting relief for their babies? I’m desperate to help my little girl feeling better

Sleeping/Eating Too Much?

Have an almost 9 week old BF girlie who is eating 6 ounces before bedtime but then sleeping 8-9 hours overnight. She then takes very short (less than an hour) naps during the day. She’s not super fussy and isn’t spitting up or anything. But as a FTM, I’m a little worried she may be eating too much then sleeping too long of a night stretch for her age. Anyone else experience similar?

Sleep

anyone else’s baby just a nightmare to get to sleep? (She’s nearly 7 weeks) Constantly overtired cause she just won’t fall asleep, she don’t even like contact naps. She don’t go sleep in the evening until 10-11 cause she fights for hours. Absolutely losing my head!
